This dessert apple has an aromatic crisp crystalline apricot-orange flesh, with occasional red staining. The roundish fruit is medium-sized and entirely covered with dark bluish-purple stripes. Extremely hardy, productive and reliable; at its best in colder districts. Blooms midseason. Comes Standard: 3–6' bare-root tree, semi-dwarf. Grown in Maine.
